Interested in booking a Hat Bar Party?

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 6 guests purchasing hats or belt bags are required for a private party. Host receives 1 free hat with unlimited embellishments of their choosing.
2. A $50 booking fee is required at the time of booking to confirm and hold your event date. Booking fee is only refundable for the Ultimate Hat Bar Party Experience option, depending on if all party requirements are met the day of the event. If selecting the Hat Bar Party option, booking fee is applied to your remaining balance. Remaining balance is due the day of your event prior to set up. 
3. You and your guests will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of hats, belt bags, patches, pins, and hat chains on the day of the event. For the Ultimate Hat Bar Experience options, each purchased item will be paid for individually by guests based on choices of a hat or belt bag, the size of the patches, number of patches, and desire to add hat pins and/or hat chains. If you are selecting the Hat Bar Party Option, guests will choose 4 patches and hat chain or hat pin. Additional patches and accessories can be added using regular hat bar pricing. ** If you are wanting specific patches to go with a  theme please let me know the day of booking.
4. Party times are booked for a minimum of 2 hours for up to 10 attendees. Times will be adjusted based on the number of attendees as needed. Parties with more than 29 attendees please call or send a message to 662-799-1193 to ensure supplies and adequate party times are available to help make your event a success.
5. Parties that are 30 miles or more from Warner Robins, GA (31093) will require a travel fee. The fee structure is as follows:

                     30-45 miles – $50 fee 

                     46-60 miles – $75 fee

                     61-75 miles – $100 fee

                     76+ miles – TBD

   6. Due to custom services being provided, all items are non exchangeable and non-refundable.

   7.  I ask for at least a two week notice for hat bar party bookings. I also ask for a 72 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your event. If a 72 hour notice is received, I am more than happy to reschedule and apply your deposit to a future event (based on availability) within 30 days from the original scheduled date. If you reschedule or cancel your event less than 72 hours prior to your event, your booking fee will be forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required to book a future event.
