What is permanent jewelry?

 Permanent Jewelry pieces are dainty bracelets, anklets, and necklaces that are custom fit and welded onto you without a clasp!

We offer an assortment of chains and charms that we custom fit using a quick and painless micro-welding technique to connect the ends without a clasp.

Does permanent jewelry hurt?

Not at all! We use a micro-welder to join the two ends of your chain without a clasp. We also use a leather protective guard to protect your skin.

Do I need an appointment?

Currently our permanent jewelry is only available during scheduled Pop-Up events only. Please continue to check our website and social media platforms for Pop-Up events near you.

What materials do we use?

We use 14k gold filled or sterling silver 925 chains to prevent turning and tarnishing. Dulling of chains over time IS NORMAL. Dulling can be slowed by proper care.

What if it breaks?

We are not responsible for lost, snagged, or broken chains. If any of these happen, a new chain will have to be purchased.

Be cautious when taking off clothing and not to grab your piece by accident and break the chain.

However, If for some reason your piece breaks or falls off we will offer a free re-weld as long as you still have all pieces.

What if I need to take it off?

If you need to remove it you can simply use a pair of wire cutters or, if the chain is dainty enough you could even use scissors.

If you need to remove the bracelet for a medical need (MRI, surgery, etc.) we will offer a free re-weld. Please remove your bracelet carefully and save all parts. 

How old do I have to be?

You must be accompanied by a parent or guardian if you are under the age of 18.

What if I have skin sensitivity?

We do not recommend purchasing permanent jewelry if you have sensitivities to gold, silver, or other base metals. We are not responsible for any skin sensitivity reactions and do not issue refunds for these instances.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to custom pieces, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final, and no refund will be given.
